1. Browse homes for free

Search by city, monthly rent and floor area. You do not need an account to browse. We do not display house numbers or public broker details.

2. Create a free account

Your account, one or more search profiles and match emails are free. Upgrade only when you want to respond or use automatic responses.

3. Set your preferences

Choose one city and your maximum monthly rent. Create more search profiles for other cities or budgets. Match emails bundle suitable homes: up to three messages per day in the Netherlands time zone, with at least two hours between them. Use the search assistant to turn your preferences into search filters.

4. Choose how to respond

• Respond yourself: receive an email with a link when a new home matches.
• Automatic responses: after your consent, a response is sent. Confirmation follows successful delivery.

Notifications follow your account language: Dutch or English. A match does not guarantee you meet every requirement set by the landlord.
