GIGANTWONEN · CLEARLY EXPLAINED

How we check availability

Learn how GigantWonen checks connected rental listings, why availability can change and how to report an issue.

01 · SOURCE CHECK

Updating connected listings

Connected agency listings have a check schedule of once every 30 minutes. The source determines which rental homes are available. Only listings that pass availability and publication checks are displayed.

02 · CURRENT STATUS

Unavailable homes are not shown

A home with an unavailable status does not belong in current listings. Stale source checks can also temporarily hide a listing. During an outage, homes may therefore be absent until a new check succeeds.

03 · BEFORE A RESPONSE

Checking again before an automatic response

Before an automatic response to connected agency listings, availability is checked again with the source. Automatic responses operate only when you enabled them for the search profile and meet the response requirements.

Availability can change between checks

A source can lag behind, or a home can become unavailable between checks. A listing, match or submitted request is therefore not a promise of a viewing or tenancy. Also check the conditions on the property page.

Private-owner submissions do not appear immediately

A property submitted by its owner is stored privately for review. Publication first requires checks of the details, photos and availability. Submission alone does not create a public listing.

Something wrong? Let us know

Use our contact form and include the listing link and the issue you noticed so we can examine the relevant home. Do not share other applicants’ personal information.
