Free account and search profiles
Browsing listings, creating an account and managing search profiles are free. Provide accurate contact details and only use an account you are authorised to use. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You can delete your account through My account.
Premium and payment
Premium costs €19.95 for three calendar months. The payment page describes the features included. Payments are handled by Mollie. Premium becomes active only after the server confirms a successful payment. Cancelled, failed or unfinished payments do not provide access. The confirmation and your account show the validity period.
No automatic renewal
Premium ends when its validity period expires. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge for another period. You can manually purchase Premium again afterwards. Your free account and search profiles can remain available.
Listings and responses
We display rental homes available according to the latest checked source. Availability can change between checks. A match, response or Premium membership does not guarantee a viewing, selection or tenancy. The landlord or provider decides the conditions and allocation. Use response features responsibly and only enable automatic responses if you choose to do so.
Submitting a home
You must own the home or be authorised to submit it and use the supplied content. Provide accurate information and only upload photographs you have permission to use. Submissions are reviewed before publication and do not go online automatically. A receipt confirmation is not a publication or letting guarantee.
Cooling-off period and withdrawal
An online service agreement generally has a statutory fourteen-day cooling-off period from the date the agreement is concluded. Within that period, clearly notify us of your wish to withdraw at info@gigantwonen.nl. Include your name, account email address and the purchase concerned. If you expressly request an early start during the cooling-off period, statutory rules on payment for services already provided may apply, provided you received the required information beforehand. Immediate use does not automatically remove all withdrawal rights.
